Grounded in values of compassion and collaboration, New Roots Therapy offers counselling services to individuals, couples and families which are supportive, respectful, and appreciative of diversityWe have experience working with a variety of concerns, including: depression and anxiety, couple conflict, infidelity, stress management, parenting difficulties, low self-esteem, etc.  Whoever you are, and whatever you're experiencing, you are welcome in our therapy room!

With training in couple and family therapy, our therapists are mental health and relationship professionals.  Through our approach to counselling, we consider the many relationships and systems that impact your life, and we view problems within a context.  We can help you to explore your concerns in a way that considers your most influential relationships, honours your strengths, and encourages growth and change.

Providing a safe and positive space to discuss even the most challenging of experiences is of utmost importance to us.  Therapy is meant to be a personal experience, and choosing the right therapist for you is no different.  If you would like to arrange an individual, couple, or family therapy meeting, or if you would like more information on our counselling practice, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail our office.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan - please read "Services and Fees" for more information
