UPDATED September 2022: Counselling and psychotherapy services are now being offered both in-person and online. Naturopathic services are also available both virtually and in person, and massage therapy services are open for booking at our clinic.

With the current health risk of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), services at New Roots Therapy and The Durham Couples’ Clinic are continuing to be offered through online video and phone, but we do have members of our team who have resumed in-person sessions. We are highly committed to the health and well-being of all clients and team members, and our intention to continue to offer primarily online appointments is to minimize the risk of exposure to illness while continuing to provide safe and effective services.

We understand that this will be an adjustment from in-person sessions for many clients. As such, our practitioners are offering complimentary 30-minute online secure video and phone trial sessions for new and existing clients so that you can determine whether or not this format is comfortable for you. Our hope is that, by offering this alternative to meeting in-person, you can stay on track with your practitioner during this difficult time.
