Fees are payable by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, or Mastercard at each appointment. For same day counselling sessions only, the fee is payable by credit card over the phone during the intake call.
Our services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefits plan. It is important that you check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment to determine if you are eligible for coverage. We are not able to provide refunds for services which are subsequently denied coverage by an insurer. We do not offer direct billing.

Cancellation and Credit Card Policy
When you schedule an appointment with a practitioner on our team, they commit to reserving that time slot for you and only you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of time. In order to reserve an appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking your first appointment. Your credit card information will be stored securely and will only be charged if there is a late cancellation or missed appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice in order to avoid applying a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full rate of the appointment using your credit card on file. This includes first appointments. If you're unable to attend your appointment at the last minute due to an emergency, your credit card will still be charged; however, your practitioner will assess whether it is appropriate to waive the cancellation fee and apply the charge to your next appointment. Our cancellation policy is intended to respect the time and commitment of both our clients and our practitioners, whom we value greatly.
Cancellation Policy for Same Day Counselling Sessions
When you schedule a same day counselling session, we commit to reserving that time slot for you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of time. Your credit card will be charged during your intake call with a member of our Client Care Team. Refunds are not provided once a session has been scheduled, so please ensure that you are available to attend prior to booking. If you need to cancel the appointment due to an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist you with rescheduling your appointment and assess whether it is appropriate to apply the charge to your next session.
Hours of Operation
Reception is available Monday-Friday (10 a.m.- 9 p.m.) and Saturday (11 a.m. - 4 p.m.). Each practitioner has their own unique schedule; we encourage you to visit the profile pages for our team members for specific information on their current availability. In general, daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
