My Style & Approach

Everyone is unique in their own way, made up of different traits and experiences that shape who they are. As such, my approach to therapy specifically focuses on these unique aspects, maintaining a holistic, client centered perspective that seeks to find out what works best for you. In the therapy room, you can expect to be met with empathy, transparency, and authenticity. Together, we will create a collaborative and non-judgemental space for you to share your story and work toward greater awareness and growth. Your safety and comfort are always at the forefront of our time together, ensuring that your growth toward greater well-being moves at a rewarding pace.

Education, Training, & Professional Development

Currently, I’m enrolled in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. My experiences fulfilling a supportive role across communities have provided me the opportunity to work with diverse individuals and complex mental health concerns, each of which requires its own unique approach. I am constantly looking to improve my skill set and learn new techniques to support you as best as I can!

Personal interests

I absolutely love being outdoors, often spending my free time hiking with friends or reading a good book underneath a tree. Most recently, I’ve been trying to get back in touch with my athletic roots – playing some pickup soccer, going on runs, and even some indoor rock climbing! I’m constantly on the lookout for new experiences and love meeting new people along the way!
