My Style & Approach

Life can feel really overwhelming—especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, attachment struggles, or big life changes. You might feel stuck, unsure, or disconnected from yourself, and it can be exhausting trying to handle it all on your own.

I offer a safe space where you can talk openly and feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is simple and real—no therapy jargon or complicated language—just genuine conversation focused on what you’re going through. You know your life better than anyone, and I’m here to walk beside you, help you make sense of your feelings, and support you at your own pace.

I use an integrative approach, meaning I tailor therapy to what you need. Together, we can look at what’s causing your anxiety, heal from past experiences, understand your attachment patterns, and work through relationship or life challenges. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and build tools that actually support you in your day-to-day life.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for things to change, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you move forward in a way that feels safe, real, and empowering.

Education, Training, & Professional Development

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours BA in Psychology and Sociology from Western University. During my studies, I discovered a deep passion for supporting First Responders—a group that holds a special place in my heart.

Much of my work focuses on trauma and its lasting effects. Whether you’re processing a critical incident, coping with ongoing stress, or feeling the emotional impact in your personal or professional life, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood and move at your own pace.

I have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method and have focused my professional development on helping people strengthen, repair, and reconnect in their relationships. I believe that healthy, trusting relationships are central to overall well-being, and I aim to support couples and individuals in building communication, trust, and emotional connection.

I remain committed to ongoing learning and professional development to ensure the care I provide is relevant, effective, and tailored to your needs.

Personal interests

Outside of the office, I like to enjoy a hot cup of tea and a sweet treat. You can usually find me engaged in conversation, whether it be with a human or an animal. Needless to say, I love animals of all shapes and sizes! I am a fan of many types of music and cuisines.
