Fees are payable by cash, cheque, debit, or credit at each appointment.
Our services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan under the provision for psychological care or naturopathic medicine (depending on the service(s) you are accessing). Please check with your insurance provider directly to determine if you are eligible for coverage.
Cancellation & credit card Policy
When you schedule an appointment with one of our team members, we commit to reserving that time slot for you and only you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of time. We require a credit card number at the time of scheduling your first appointment in order to reserve your time slot. Your credit card information will be stored securely in our practice management system and will only be charged if there is a late cancellation or missed appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice in order to avoid applying a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full rate of the appointment. If you're unable to attend your appointment at the last minute due to an emergency, your service provider will assess whether it is appropriate to waive the cancellation fee. Our cancellation policy is intended to respect both our clients and our service providers alike, whose time and commitment we value greatly.
Hours of Operation
Reception is available Monday-Thursday (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) and Fridays (9 a.m.-3 p.m.). Our team members each have their own unique schedules; in general, daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
